Before using the 1100 type eccentric arc equipment, check whether all connections are secure and whether the mounting bolts and nuts are tightened. Enough lubricating oil should be added to the left and right chassis before the machine can be powered on and started for test run. First, run the machine empty and observe carefully to see if there is any vibration. , noise, whether there is oil coming from the oil window, whether the movement of each component is coordinated, and the mold can be installed only after the diversity is normal. The mold used in this machine requires an upper mold and six lower molds of the same size. Install the upper mold and a lower mold first. Place a backing plate of appropriate thickness to protect the upper and lower molds. After the molds are closed, the surrounding gaps will be even and the distance between the upper and lower molds will be equal to the required thickness of the tile blank. Then take the upper mold as the standard, turn the workbench, and install the remaining five sets of lower molds. Only after the upper and lower molds are installed can the car be driven for tile pressing.
